Jamaican Brown Cow
You can strong, cold coffee to this cocktail instead of coffee liqueur to make a longer, less potent drink, if you like.

125ml (4fl oz) coffee liqueur, such as Tia Maria
125ml (4fl oz) evaporated milk
1 capful of rum, or to taste
juice of 1 ⁄2 lime
ice cubes ground coffee or a few chocolatecovered coffee beans, to garnish
Step 1
Shake all the liquids together in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice. Top with a sprinkling of ground coffee or the chocolate-covered beans and serve right away
